temporary work permit, can I travel to and enter Canada with kid and husband?

I have a correspondance letter for my temporary work permit, i work in the health field.
Will my husband and 5 year old kid be allowed to board a plane with me to Canada despite the actual travel restrictions?

They can't travel based on your exemption. Whether they can travel depends on if they individually qualify for an exemption.
