My sister is applying for a visit visa for family reunification. I am a Permanent Resident and sending her an invitation letter. I have a couple of questions:
1) Do we have to submit any quarantine plan with the application (e.g. like a hotel booking for 14 days)?
2) Also do we have to get authorization from the IRCC before applying for for the visa or do we just apply normally and then after getting visit visa should we apply for authorization?
