Temporary Study visa

I have completed my M.com in 2014 from india and after that working as an accountant with a tax consultant and receive cash salary of ₹10000 pm .
I have only pay stubs and already submiited my Inxome tax returns....
Can i apply for canada study visa with 3 year gap with experience.? If yes then What are the requirements for that?
