The visa officer will likely assess your application for these factors:
1. Have you previously traveled to visa-required countries such as the US, UK, EU, Australia, NZ? If yes, were your visits for the same/similar professional purpose?

2. Who is paying for your visit? You? Or your employer/university?

3. Is a similar training program available in your country of residence?

4. How will this training program help your career?

Thanks very much for your reply. As a matter of fact i have never traveled out of my country before .
And my company will be sponsoring the training . Also we have checked and could not be able to locate any organisation here offering the training.
This training is a very important training to both me and my company it is safety peer auditor certification program .
It will enable us to manage and build an effective safety management system
Program for the company. As most internal audits would be performed by
me in a professional manner ,with
Conformity to standards.
With the little clarification I just gave
can you please evaluate the chances
for the visa .
I look forward to hearing from you .
Thanks

Are you sure there is no training program for internal auditing of safety systems in your country of residence..... or in a neighboring country..... or even in Europe? IMO, highly unlikely.

If there's no equivalent training program in your country, it implies there's no requirement for this type of training.... or else, your company would be setting the precedent for this.

For your TRV application, are you able to prove with hard evidence that:
1. Your work responsibilities demand this training + there are no other colleagues/co-workers who manage similar responsibilities?

2. Your company will pay for the entire training, including hotel and airfare? Do NOT book tickets or hotels until you receive a visa.

3. You personally have strong ties in your country of residence: Your employment is not recent and it pays well + property/land ownership or a lease agreement + dependent family members who reside with you + a good financial situation, etc?

4. Supporting documents for your training, including registration and training program fees, a day-by-day detailed itinerary, etc?

5. And, hopefully you reside in a country that is politically and economically stable. Otherwise it could seem like you are a potential asylum claimant

Greetings from this end.once again thanks very much with your clarifications. But please I still need more clarifications with regards to this your last reply that i will really appreciate if you can give me more details,
1)Just to ask that, which type of document am I supposed to provide as proof that my work responsibilities
demand this training and i don't have
colleagues or co-workers who can do
the same job?Or should i state this but on my cover letter ?
2)For the ties back home,i have house,a
land which I bought and also inherited lands, but none of these have any land title,so how do i proof ownership?Or can an affidavit of ownership be sufficient?
I am legally married with a wife who is also working, with 2 kids who are all minors.
Then i have a younger sibling and a cousin who lives with me whom I am sponsoring ,so how do i proof all these obligations?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes .
Thanks.

Your employer needs to provide these documents.

No titles = No ownership.

No, affidavits won't work.

What documents do you have to prove this?

I think i can prove the marriage with a
marriage certificate, and the kids I can prove with their birth certificates.what i
don't know how to prove are my younger
sibling and cousin that i am sponsoring,
who are living with me.so i want you to explain to me how i will prove this ?

Then also to ask that would it be necessary for me to include in my application any of my wife's employment documents ?
Waiting to hear from you .
Thanks.
