Thanks very much for your reply. As a matter of fact i have never traveled out of my country before .
And my company will be sponsoring the training . Also we have checked and could not be able to locate any organisation here offering the training.
This training is a very important training to both me and my company it is safety peer auditor certification program .
It will enable us to manage and build an effective safety management system
Program for the company. As most internal audits would be performed by
me in a professional manner ,with
Conformity to standards.
With the little clarification I just gave
can you please evaluate the chances
for the visa .
I look forward to hearing from you .
Thanks
Are you sure there is no training program for internal auditing of safety systems in your country of residence..... or in a neighboring country..... or even in Europe? IMO, highly unlikely.
If there's no equivalent training program in your country, it implies there's no requirement for this type of training.... or else, your company would be setting the precedent for this.
For your TRV application, are you able to prove with hard evidence that:
1. Your work responsibilities demand this training + there are no other colleagues/co-workers who manage similar responsibilities?
2. Your company will pay for the entire training, including hotel and airfare? Do NOT book tickets or hotels until you receive a visa.
3. You personally have strong ties in your country of residence: Your employment is not recent and it pays well + property/land ownership or a lease agreement + dependent family members who reside with you + a good financial situation, etc?
4. Supporting documents for your training, including registration and training program fees, a day-by-day detailed itinerary, etc?
5. And, hopefully you reside in a country that is politically and economically stable. Otherwise it could seem like you are a potential asylum claimant
