I am currently have a Post Graduate Work Permit which will expire in 2 years.
Also, I have valid student visa which will expire on August 19, 2018. I am planning a trip back home and arriving back on Agust 13, 2018.
Should I worry about getting a new Temporary Resident Visa before I leave? The problem is I don't think I have enough time to get my passport back.

Hope someone has an answer,
Thanks

Well neither a PGWP or a study permit are travel documents so unless you are visa exempt you need a valid TRV to travel back to Canada

I understand that, and I do have valid Visa, expires on the same day as my Study Permit (Agust 19,2018)

You can travel on your current TRV. You should apply for a new one when you return, as it is advisable to always have a valid TRV just in case you need to suddenly leave and return.
