My Temporary Resident Visa sticker has expired. I am applying to renew it. My PGWP is going to be expiring on April 30, 2016. I submitted my PR application on December 09, 2015.
A few questions:
Is Temporary Resident Visa and Visitor Visa same thing?
I am fillling Application form for Temporary Resident Visa IMM5227E - is that correct one?
In the visa requested, I have picked "Visitor Visa" - is that correct?
In the same form, I have selected "Returning Worker" under Purpose of Visit - is that correct?
Indicate how long you plan to stay - what should I write in these boxes? The date when I am submitting my application for TRV to the date my Work Permit is expiring?
Also, do you think I will be able to get the TRV, when my PR application is being processed? Does it make sense to apply for TRV when your PR application is with CIC? I am doing it because I have to visit back home next month. When I return, I will most probably need to apply for the Bridging Work Permit ??? ???
