Hello all,

I am a Pakistani and an Abu Dhabi government employee here in UAE, I applied for Temporary Resident Visa for tourism. But it is rejected due to following reasons they provided.
  • based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
  • based on your immigration status.
  • based on your travel history.
Can anyone help me understand why they rejected as all these reasons are just stupid because of following reasons,

Regarding family ties, I applied alone, my family would have been here in UAE. I don't have anyone in my blood relation in Canada, then how the hell I should show there are no family ties within Canada.

Regarding immigration status, as I told I am a government employee with permanent job (not on contract), I got 3 year resident visa of UAE which will be ended in Oct 2020. Along with this I got Australian PR as well. I really don't know how to improve my immigration status.

Regarding travel history, I have traveled lot of places during last 5 years. I have been to Turkey, Qatar, Australia, Switzerland, Germany, France. all for tourism except Australia as I was there for immigration purpose. What else i should show as travel history?

I am really fed up with their stupid reasoning, anyone can help me understand this or if there is any attorney can help me in this case.

Much appreciated.

Thanks.
