Hi All,

I applied my Temporary Residence Visa for my wife and daughter (Dependents) and it got rejected with below reason. This is in the month of Feb'18 and this was the first time I applied for them through my employers immigration team with representative in Canada and I am in Canada right now with work permit.

Reject Reason :

"Given Economic conditions, Employment prospects, considering your travel history, Economic Establishment and Family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada"

Also, We requested for "Access to information", and after a month we got to see the same above comments in for ATIP.

Let me know if you have dealt with any of such cases earlier?

My wife never worked and is a Diploma holder and my daughter is 8months old.

What would be success rate if we process again TRV and what documents do I need to provide apart form the below documents that I submitted before.

Birth certificate, Medical Examination, Education certificate, Digital photo, IMM5257B, IMM5257E, IMM5475E, IMM5476E, IMM5645E, invitation letter, marriage certificate, Passports,my offer letter, work permit, my passport, signed support letter from my employer

Also, let me know if any of the Immigration lawyer in Canada has handled such case and proven to get visa for dependents.
