Temporary Resident Visa for Parents

Hi,
I would like to apply a tourist visa for my parents as my wife is pregnant. As my parents are from farming background, we will be submitting land documents owned by my parents, and me & my wife will be sponsoring for the whole trip.

Any leads on required documents & Proofs I can submit which helps case officer take a positive decision will be much appreciated.

Documents:

1. IMM5484e Form(Document Checklist)
2. IMM5257(Application for TRV)
3. IMM5707e Form(Family information)
4. IMM5409(Statuary Declaration)
5. IMM5476(Use of Representative)
6. IMM5475(Release Personal Information)
7. Photos
8. Passports
9. Financial support(from me and my wife)
10. Invitation letter
11. Land documents from my parents
12. Marriage Certificate

@k.h.p. Thanks for the tip. However, I do have a question I did reviewed most of the threads and couldn't find an answer for the below.

My father is a farmer. Not sure what to answer for the below questions.

• Do you have a job in the country where you currently live? (required)
• Do you own a business in the country where you currently live? (required)
