temporary resident permit in Germany

hello all

i am a canadian citizen and my husband is an afghan citizen who moved illegally to germany. He now has a temporary residence permit and is allowed to do schooling and work in Germany.

My questuon is that in which VO his application will be sent to due to his status. would it be germany or pakistan?

Most Spousal sponsorships from Pakistan are transferred to London VO.

I don't think yours will be transfer to Afghanistan or Pakistan.......IRCC Mississauga will decide.......relax....wait.
