Assume you mean you have a TRV that is valid until 2023 and allows you to visit up to 6 months at a time with the actual time determined on arrival so could be less.
To work you would need to find an employer to sponsor an LMIA application which would require the employer to advertise the job for months to ensure no resident were available plus the employer would need to pay a 1000 cdn fee.

Yes I am! I graduated high school from here too which was this year 2019 and I’ve been here for the past 3 years under my dad’s open work permit and mom’s study permit
Now that you graduated high school you’ll need a study permit if you want to attend university or college and would need an employer who has an LMIA and you would need a work permit. You will need to pay international fees. It will be difficult to find an employer willing to hire you.
If you want to be able to work, you need to get a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA (4-6 month process). As part of this process, your employer will need to prove no Canadian could be hired for the role.
