I hope someone can help me!!!
We have applied for a saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program Certificate.
We were going down the route of getting a skilled worker visa, having looked at processing times we need to look at a faster way to get to Canada.
My husband has a job offer, he is on the skilled worker list, so once we recieve the sinp cert can we go to Canada and get a temp work visa when we land?? How risky is this??? We dont want to get there and be sent home!!!
Once there we would apply for permanent residancy thru skilled worker.
Heres the catch we would be travelling with our 3 children (9yrs, 3yrs, and under 1)..... I understand my 9yr old will require a study permit, can we apply when we get to Canada for this??
As far as i can see we are on the list of countries exempt from needing a temp visitor visa, we are from Ireland.
