Does working in bank as teller counts a CEC,
can anyone tell me what are type of jobs considered in CEC

Skilled jobs are considered under CEC like NOC 0,A and B. http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/SearchStructure.aspx
search in the above link and you can find all the jobs.

No... I don't think so

that's most likely the NOC for bank teller
>> http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/English/CH/2001/ProfileFromStructure.aspx?v=1433
and this NOC is not eligible for CEC.

For CEC it should be skilled experience, that is those considered NOC 0, A or B
How do you now?
Look at the first and/or second digit of the noc:
0.-All the codes that start with a '0' are NOC 0 Ex: 0XXX
A.-All the codes that have '1' as their second digit come under NOC A. Ex: X1XX
B.-All the codes that have '2'or '3' as their second digit come under NOC B. Ex: X2XX or X3XX
