Telephone number for calling CIC call center agent

I am one PNP paper-based out-land applicant. I assigned one representative for my application and they thought my application was in normal process, no need to contact CIC offices. May I know whether I could call CIC call center agent by myself to check my application status (background check or due date)? Which number I could use for the calling? Thank you for your help.

Hi the call center only assists applicants INSIDE Canada.But you call them at 888-2422100 so you can be told that yourself Sorry
