I need to submit my visitor extension application online in a few days. I have only a few documents left. However, since 12/24, the online service keeps showing:

"Our Online Services Are Currently Down

System-generated error code:0JVE0KJ6 (the code is different each time)

Sorry
This on-line service is currently not available.

Possible reason::
1. We are currently updating this Web site.
2. We are expecting technical difficulties.

Please try again later."


Anyone has the same problem???
 
I am having the same problem since the same date you mentioned. I try almost everyday multiple times but cannot retrieve the application from MyCIC. I emailed the technical services at this address question@cic.gc.ca -- which I got after googling "What do I do if I run into technical problems with my online visa application?" (somehow canadavisa.com doesn't allow me to post link). However, still no reply from them. It is relieving to know that I am not the only one facing this problem. Please do share if there a good phone number you know where I can reach them. I tried Canadian embassy in New York and LA but no one picks up the phone.

It should work if you start again rather than try to retrieve your application

I tried this but I still get that same error..i mean I wanted to try to get a new checklist code???..or should I use the older one the system generated for me??
