Technical Glitch

Dear all,

I need any professional help regarding our case. We have filed our FSW application last May of 2014 and we received PPR last June 30, 2015. However, our VISA's are on hold for 6 months now due to a technical glitch disabling our case being closed.

Anyone know how best to solve this? Thanks!

For others in this situation, the glitch is likely on IRCC's side, so best to raise a webform with them directly. That said there's not much to do until the glitch is resolved, which can take time. The other thing I'd note is that 6 months isn't that long of a processing time by current standards...
