Hi Seniors and fellow members,
We have received an ITA under FSWP. I work as a teacher and have had three periods of work experience.
The first was about 10 days short of 365 days. I had to leave on account of my pregnancy and since it was the vacation my last working day was also the last day of school. The school will vouch I was there for a full academic year.
After childbirth I joined another school and with great luck the same happened again. My tenure was about 11 months. Again falling short of 365 days as the last working day was set as the last day of school after which there was school vacations. Again the school is fine mentioning in my Employer Refferal Letter that I was working for a full academic year.
Again after maternity I have joined the current school in June and am continuing on this job.
I am not sure if at the verification stage they would consider that I had to leave my first and second employment since there are school vacations during which we are not employed and I was to proceed on maternity and could not continue for the next year.
Please shed some light if some exception will be made. If I should draft an LOE for my situation or if it does not make any difference. Will they go strictly by the 365 days rule to be counted as a year of experience requirement.
Thanks in advance
