The following questions are pertaining to addition of work experience gained as a Teaching Assistant (TA) during my Master's degree education in the US. As I could not find any appropriate question thread describing my situation, I decided to create a new one.
I have created my Express Entry profile with 2.5 years of continuous professional (non-university) work experience, starting from November 2017 to June 2020. I had acted as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for which I was paid from October 2016 to December 2016 (76 days to be exact as per appointment letter), for 20 hours a week.
1. Considering there is a gap between my 2.5 years of work experience and the TA work experience, can I still add it to my Express Entry profile?
2. As I had acted as a TA only for 3 months with 20 hours per week, it does not add to 1560 hours. But the 2.5 years of professional work experience does cover it. Is the TA work experience still eligible to be included in the profile?
