Hello!
I am from India and currently work as a qualified teacher (since last 2 years) for Bio Chemistry for 11th and 12th Grade
What are the ways through which i can apply or become a qualified teacher. Will a teaching diploma in Canada be sufficient for me to seek a job as a teacher or should i go for Masters in Teaching ? I also plan to apply for a PR eventually
I have scored 7 overall in Ielts.
thanks.

You have zero chance of obtaining a job as a teacher in Canada as a foreign worker. There are far more teachers than jobs in Canada. As a result it is impossible to get an approved LMIA for teaching positions (and you need an LMIA to get a work permit).

If you want to work as a teacher in Canada, the first step is to become a permanent resident. Once you have become a permanent resident, you will have to be certified to teach in the province where you will be living. Each province has a slightly different process. Here's the one for Ontario: https://www.oct.ca/becoming-a-teacher/internationally-educated-teachers
