Taxes on personal jewellery

Folks,

We live currently in Saudi Arabia, we are permanent residents and will be traveling to Canada soon in order to live permanently.

My wife owns personal jewelleries, mainly Gold. And we would like to bring it with us when we travel to Canada.

What should we do in this case in order not to pay taxes?

We landed in 2017 and stayed for a month then we visited in August 2019 and stayed for a month too.
