My parents are here on SuperVisa, I wanted to ask if there is any tax benefit or any HST rebates that we can claim for that.
I am in particular asking about if we can claim for expensive visitor's medical insurance that we bought for parents or accommodation expenses etc?

No, there is no longer a rebate for HST/GST for visitors to Canada. No the Government is not going to give you anything to help you pay for your parents visit.
