Tax & English Test sent at a later stage??

With time issues, the question is..

Could one send in the application now and send in the language test when they get their results and also send in their tax assesment when they get a copy, as they have lost theirs from 2011?

This is to get their application in now so they qualify - apply within 1 year of leaving their job (Feb 1st 2012).
