taking school break after withdrawing from school and going to another school

hello guys am an international student in a college and i want to go to another college and am withdrawing from my current school in march and the intake for my next semester in my new college is september ,so i wanted to ask if cic can allow me to have four months breaks as i wait for my next intake in the other school or will they refuse?

That's actually a six month break. Study permits automatically become invalid once you've dropped out of school for 90 days or more. So the break you are proposing is probably too long. I would contact CIC.
