Systems Testing Technicians - (NOC 2283) !!! Can we apply?

there is an occupation Systems Testing Technicians - (NOC 2283) , Can we apply under this occupation???

Then under which category we can apply? If not under FSW1.

well if you get a job in Canada then FSW 2.
If you go study there or live there for 12 months then FSW 3.
If you get a job and then go, you can also try PNP.
if you have an H1B visa, then AINP.
If you know French, then Quebec's CSQ.
