1. Can I apply under Systems Analyst / Information Systems Analyst group. on or after 4th May 2013

2. For education evaluation purpose WES needs all Mark Sheets to be sent to them by the University, I don't think my University will do that, what other options I have.

3. My company has a predefined format for issuing Employment Certificates / Letters, which has company Details, Job title, Period of employment, Salary Details etc, however they don't list Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities in that letter. If I can get a letter listing my job duties signed by my Manager, will that be enough.

4. In the NOC it says that a System Analyst normally have a bachelors Degree in Computers / Software etc. however I have a 3 years Bachelors Degree in Commerce and a 3 years Masters Degree in Computer Applications. will it be OK ?

any help from experienced members will be highly appreciated.

thanks and regards

These occupations are not in the occupation list eligible for FSW. So you can't apply as such. Only computer engineers and programmers are eligible.

Is it so.Are you saying that CIC is asking for the transcripts to be sent by the University ?????

I think you should request them to prepare in CIC format.

This NOC isn't on the list. So no - it's not possible to apply without a job offer.

This occupation is not on the list. This means that you cannot apply unless you have a job offer. You can see the full occupation list here:
