System Down

Hi all,

I'm currently applying for visitor visa online now, but it always says 'our online services are currently down'. I've tried to use both chrome and IE, and I also tried to clear cache and cookies of my browser, but it still doesn't work. I really need this visa soon. Does anyone know how can I retrieve the application or if someone know when it will be up so that I can work on the same application? Thank you so much!

None of us work for CIC - so if the system is down, we aren't going to be able to tell you why or when it will be back up again. I would recommend you call the CIC help desk.
