Unfortunately you will have to wait till 20th April as the system calculates experience by month and not dates.

If you're eligible for both FSW and CEC then you will get invited under FSW.

Still couldn't accept ITA if under FSW stream?

How about Ontario program? Should I accept Ontario one? Still not meat this criteria?

You can apply to Ontario under FSW if you got a PT invite for OINP.

However, if I were you, I'd just wait to attain the experience by April and decline the ITA until the one year Canadian experience is completed.

Ontario is notoriously slow for processing FSW candidates, you might get the direct CEC invite in EE before it is processed by OINP.

Good news on this front -

CIC/IRCC is planning to reverse that - if you're eligible for both, you will now get the ITA for CEC - supposedly will take effect for the next round of ITAs ...
