I have a Police Certificate from Poland which is in Polish so will be getting it translated by a certified translator here in Poland. I am aware that I may also need to provide a sworn affidavit to go along with this which is notarised,
1. Has anyone done this from Poland before?
2. What should the affidavit say? Does anyone have a template of theirs?
