My study permit expires in November 2021. I will be renewing both my CAQ and Study permit to match my new graduation date. (New SP will be valid until July 2022). Once my SP is renewed, my husband (who is abroad) will apply for the first time for an open work permit. Can you please tell me what will be our chances of approval? P.s. My husband does not need to provide biometrics/medical exam. We are also hiring a lawyer to help us through the process.
