SWOP is approved but still not received letter asking for passport.

I applied online and received approval message on 25th October.
But still I haven't received a letter asking for a passport for visa stamp.
Can anyone please guide if I can submit my passport without letter

Hello did you applied for you SWOP?
I desperately need an advice if you can guide me, i am applying for my wife SWOP, not sure where should I apply from india or here from canada? Docs completed and can you please tell me about your case so i can relate with it. Or if you can email me on this
