Switching the status from trv to work permit

Your reply is highly appreciated me and my family here in Canada on trv we found an employer who can give us the lmia .

Questions 1) is there any chance switch the status to work permit??
2) my second child born in Canada 2 month old is there advantage on that??
3) after how long we can apply for p r???

1) If the employer has an approved LMIA then you can try applying for a work permit.
2) No - no advantage.
3) Impossible for any of us to say. You will have to investigate yourself to determine if and when you will qualify to apply for PR: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp
