Hi Everybody, I am an Indian Citizen , with study permit on my Indian passport. While I was studying, I got my European country passport in Canada. So now I am carrying two passports which is legally not correct for longer run and hence I want to surrender my Indian passport .
My study permit (on Indian passport) is getting over this April so before that I want to apply for PGWP. I am confused if I should use my Indian passport or the new European passport while applying for PGWP. I strongly feel that I should use my new European passport because that's where I want to be however I am afraid that my PGWP might get refused. I will submit my LOE along with the other documents to support my case .
Appreciate your advise if I need to do something differently.
