There is no minimum income requirement. You have to show that you can support yourselves in Canada without welfare.

You also have to be compliant with your RO. in your case you will need to ahow that on any day you have been in Canada for 730 in the past 5 years.

I did my income and i need to pay 3000 For revenue canada.i cant offer it to pay it in one time. so i will try to ave agreement with cra to pay monthly 500$ for 6month. my question is can ia aplay for susponsring my family when i start the agreement or i need to wait until i pay the full amount i own. plz dvise

You should be ok with regards to taxes owing while application is in progress. There are many legitimate reasons to be in that situation... Its more important that your income is sufficient.

If you don’t have the $3000 to pay CRA do you have savings? Some savings will be needed to sponsor a family.
