Surname Query for MPNP-SWO

Hi All,

I am about to submit my application for MPNP.
I have one question-

My fullname(example-Harry Singh Saini) is there in my passport. Saini is my Surname.
However in my birth certificate and college degree only Harry Singh is there.

Could someone guide if I need to submit any affidavit for the same?
Pls advise.
