we got my wifes surname change in marriagge certificate change from her to mine one,she is in canada, and all her documents there are in her before marriage surname ,for spouse sponsorship case do we need to change her surname or can we apply as it is (note :- her PR card and passport are with her surname before marriage and marriage certificate contains mine her.will it be a issue in spouse sponsor case. and unfortunately she cant get her name changed ther in next 8 months .anyone faced this problem.

Hi, it sounds like she is the sponsor and you are the applicant. If so, then there is nothing to worry about. She can apply using her current documentation and list her married name as an alias. It is mostly the applicant that is an issue.
