Hi,

My passport and my graduation degree has only first name However, my post graduation degree has my first name and last name.

I would like to know that how should I go about this for my WES form as they require first name and last name to register.

If anyone can help me for the procedure of making affidavit and the charges. Whom should I contact. I reside in UAE.
