Surgery during PR application in process

My Aor is 9th jan.

Due to problem with my one of the rib my medical wasn't complete until recently when I submitted biopsy report to confirm that problem with my rib is not infectious or cancerous.

After my medical passed however for personal reason I decided to surgically remove the problematic rib now do I have to inform that to IRCC if yes How would I do that?

naah, no need to inform IRCC. they only care about the more serious and communicable diseases like TB, hep A-Z (lol) , AIDS etc..
