• Please advise what documents to attach for this as Husband is Canadian citizen who lived out of Canada and visited Canada for 40 days in last 5 years and wife who is PRTD applicant did not visit Canada in 5 years.

Your task is to show you both lived together during the periods involved, since that's the basis upon which you seem to be applying for PRTD. Going to have to go with 'figure it out.'

There are detailed instructions describing what supporting documents must be included with an application for a PR Travel Document (same supporting documents to be included for a PR card application). The instructions for a PR who is relying on getting credit toward meeting the Residency Obligation based on accompanying a Canadian citizen outside Canada are those for "Situation B."
