Supporting documents did not send back from Islamabad office

My wife got the immigration visa from Islamabad, they sent the passport but they did not send the original documents like education original certificates.

My Wife send the Passport from TCS and the TCS guy told her that they did not send prepaid envelope and the TCS also told that CHC will send back you the passport and documents with TCS COD. So she sent the pasport without prepaid envelope. And she got the passport with visa by TCS COD but not the documents.

Day before yesterday I sent email to CHC about the documents and waiting for CHC reply.

Any Idea what should I do?

If they don`t reply soon, follow-up with a letter and another email requesting they return the original documents to you. If they don`t respond fairly quickly, maybe try asking your MP in Canada for help. Some MPs are very helpful, others not so much, but this is an easy request.
