When printing out evidence to supply such as:
Shared Phone bills
Bank Statements

1. Does it matter if they are printed out in black & white or in colour?
   
   
2. Do you supply every single months that we have, or a select few?

1. B&W is fine.

2. You don't need every month. You can submit a selection over at least a year.
