Hey everyone I am from Australia and my girlfriend is looking to sponsor me under the common law program, we are going to get our friends and family to write letters to support our relationship and I was just wondering if these need to be notarized? and if so will they need to mail them?

No. If they needed to be notarized, that would be stated on the checklist.
