Support Letter

Hi Everyone,

A month ago I got support letter, today I decided to apply for work permit from England office.
The office accept online applications.
After answering all questions, I got a form to upload documents, and I can't pass the page, because the page require all documents, but I don't have:
1. Offer of employment
2. Employment Contract
3. Proof that you meet the requirements of the job being offered
I don't know what to submit instad of the documents, should I submit support letter ?

And another question:
I am going to immigrate to Canada with my wife, and I read here on forum that I should not to apply for work permit for my wife, is it correct?

You have not met the requirements to apply for a work permit, you need a job offer or LMO from a Canadian Employer to apply, the UK Canadian Visa office will reject your application if you can show then this information.. You should not waste your money if you don't have this info's

I don't think you are right.

I have a support letter from Opportunities Ontario: Provincial Nominee Program for an open work permit.
And in explanation letter they say that I am able to apply for open work permit.
