I also couple of question regarding my wife's travel information on the form it says mention all the trip to your country of origin

1) she is born and raised in Uganda but currently residing in canada with me and she is under student visa,
she has a NICOP(National Identity card for Overseas Pakistani)

My concern is for travel form,
Do we have to mention when she came to canada and how many times she has been to canada as well as pakistan or Is pakistan, canada, Uganda, trip exempted because she has Ugandan Passport, Identity card from Pakistan(issued to her after receiving her canadian student visa) , Canada as she is temporarily residing here ??

They want trips from country of origin or of residence in the last 10 years(or since her 18th birthday if this was less than 10 yrs ago). So if any of those trips meet that criteria, list them.

the information you are posting is too vague and general can you be a little specific to my case. i would really appreciate that thank you

SenoritaBella's answer was pretty specific to the requirements.

Origin - Where she came from (Uganda)
Residence - Where she is living now as a resident (Canada)

Any visits to countries not in the above will go on the form.

I posted basically the same question as mustafa... so being that I reside in Canada and I'm originally from Bermuda I dont have to list trips between the two places?? Because most of the trips I've taken have been between Toronto and home.. I don't have to put those on the form??

The instructions are pretty clear:

List all trips you, and if applicable, your family members have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since your 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc. If you or your family member did not travel outside of your country during this period, check "did not travel".

If you travel between then your country of origin and residence, without stopping anywhere, then you were never outside your country of origin or residence for that trip.

If you made a stop in the States (ie flew from Toronto, stopped in New York, then flew to Bermuda), then you would enter the New York visit in your travel details.

No need to list new York, unless u get transit visa and enter in to new York, if you stay in the airport and fly then it's just a break between 2 locations

For some countries u don't even need transit visa just staying there for a break period

I meant if (s)he stopped in New York (i.e. to visit).
