Supplementary information form,is this your first passport?

Hello all,

I need to fill in supplementary information form. There is a question Is this your first passport? Yes or No? If not how many have you held? The passport which I have now is my first passport and will expire in June, 2011. But I want CHC to put the PR stamp on my new passport which I will apply after a month. As I have got medical exam in Nov and I need to show my current passport as part of the identification.

Basically, when the officer will issue the PR stamp that will be on my new passport. Please advice what option I must choose Yes or No?

Did you serve in any militia,army, defence or police unit? if your answer is NO why did you not have to serve in any armed force?
My answer is NO. Please advice what I must write for the second question.

This question is related to present not future since you have not got your new passport yet your will Answer YES to this question because this is your first passport and when you re-new your passport you can then just send them the copy of it.

Just tell them the reason why you didnt join it. you had no interest in it or something like that.

Just write military service not compulsory in India. Like in Israel it is a compulsion to serve a minimum yrs in military service.
