I was wondering whether the "Supplementary Information Form for Pakistani Nationals" which is included in the guide, needs to be completed by only the applicant or all of his family members as well?? Because it says in the form that "Completion of this questionnaire is mandatory for all males aged 15 years or older and for all females aged 18 years or old"
My husband, whom I am sponsoring, doesn't have any dependants. He has two sisters who are married and a mother but they won't be coming with him to Canada, does he still need to fill out this form for them?
