Supervisa vs Multiple Entry

Which is eaier to get the supervisa or the multiple entry?
My inlaws are looking at coming to visit next summer and need to get a visa. They are from Mexico.

According to our immigration consultant it is easier to obtain a Super Visa and the wait times are usually shorter. Plus you won't have to apply for a while, once they do get it.

A super visa can also be a multiple entry visa meaning they can come in and out of canada as many times as they want as long as the visa is valid.
