Supervisa- ties to home country

Hi all , need an opinion ! We are applying super visa for my in laws , in order to show strong ties to India , is it crucial to show separate property documents for mil and fil? Is it worth doing a land gift deed in my mil name since she does not have her name on the property documents . The documents are in my fil name , but there is a marriage affidavit to prove their relationship .
