Hello all

Applying for a super visa for my in-laws on the new portal
There is a question asking the applicant(my in law) about how much money she has to spend in Canada and in the documents they want her to upload the statement?
She is actually retired with no bank account
There is a part where the sponsor should upload his T4 and stuff but the question is what should she do with the her thing
How much money she has and the bank statement?
Thanks

If she has no money than the answer is zero

We are talking about the new instructions launched in September 2021. You should submit a new application under that.

You need to resubmit on the new portal.
Thanks for the quick reply. So basically you recommend to withdraw the existing application and get in line again for the supervisa application? or is there a way to submit the same application again somehow?

You need to submit a new application. From my understanding iRCC will withdraw the old one.
