Supervisa refused cause never received passport request

Hey guys
Ircc refused my mother's supervisa saying that we never provided them passport but we never got any passport request

Don't know what to do
Any suggestions ?

Hi,

As you applied online, all requests/updates would have been notified in your MyCIC account.

As you did not submit your mom's passport, her application would have been considered as Closed/Refused.... because a final decision is made only after the visa office receives the passport.

You can try sending an email to the visa office which is responsible for the region/country where your mom lives. If this does not work then you must reapply

When was the application subimtted online? Month/Day? Also do you see any messages in your cic my account?

Did you log into MyCIC account and check if you ever had a passport request message? If not, you can maybe try emailing NDVO with the screen shot of your MyCIC and your email inbox indicating the same, long shot but the only option you have other than re-applying.

Definitely, they didn't tell you about the passport call. Perhaps they missed cic email, perhaps it went to their spam folder. But If CIC says they sent passport request then I trust CIC than any consultant.
As you applied through consultant ask them to resolve the issue, force them to contact CIC as the reason says passport was requested but your consultant didn't notify you.

Do ask the consultant to show the the updates in the MyCIC account. Or apply for GCMS notes (to get the case history - you don't need the consultant for this, you can do it yourself).

IRCC will most probably not accept your mom's passport after her file was closed. She will probably have to reapply from scratch. In the end, this refusal was clearly avoidable.

I came to India for 4 months after applying for supervisa
Can i submit the same documents like job letter or tax assessment for new application becuase i am still in India and on my job letter date is January
I applied on my income of 2015 and my 2016's income is not enough

All documents must be as recent as possible.

If you do not meet LICO then your mom can apply for a TRV instead
