Supervisa question

I have already applied for my parents supervisa application online. I received a letter asking me: for the list of number of all people in your host's household. I have said in the intent to travel to Canada, that my in law have already received their visas and it would be nice if my parents can also come. My in laws are already visiting us in Canada.
I am curious to know if anyone else have been asked this and how should I respond to this.

I know I am going to be honest ... but do they mean everyone including guest or the primary household people living in the house

Would include everyone but specify who are guests.
